The great and powerful Punahele Soriano joins us for a crazy show. The boys start off with some inaccurate Wikipedia facts and Puna's humble & hard Oahu beginnings. Puna recalls a crazy public bus predator story originating with fellow UFC fighter, Dan Ige. Puna also talks about what it was like and what went into being a Hawai'i High School State Champion in both Wrestling & Judo. He goes on to tell us about how Dan Ige recruited him to Wartburg College after high school where he placed seventh at NCAA Nationals in 2014 during his senior year when he became an NCAA All-American.
We also cover Puna's MMA origins, UFC experience, Stem Cell treatment, his path to the middleweight title, his post UFC career, crazy stories from college, his position as a Hawaiian MMA Legend & more!

The boys touch on his crazy list of celebrities, professional athletes & coaches that have hired him to experience his culinary craft. Chef Charles lists his top-five fast food restaurants and his SHOCKING best-fast-food fried chicken and his wildest kitchen and dining experiences.

Still Friends Fam WE'RE BACK! After a string of technical difficulties the boys are back in studio with outrageous jokes and silly laughs. Jordan Hong makes an appearance on the show. The boys recall their first memories. Friends with ferrets make an appearance on the show. We compare the differences of FaceBook Reels, TikTok and Twitter. The show discusses the history of Black History month and more. We close the show out by talking about what Black History Month means to each another & by leaving on the wise words of the almighty, Ice Spice.

After two months from the Still Friends Show, Angel is back in studio with the boys and gets right into his gripe with Applebee's freezer burned steak. Justin opens up about the uncertainty of his future with Findlay Kia after nearly half a decade with the company. The boys go over their New Years resolutions/implementations for 2023 and get into a heated debate over what constitutes as picking your nose and more! They wrap up with advice for Jamari on finding the right one & Angel's growing confidence on his Twitch stream.

Happy New Year from all of us at the Still Friends Show. The studio has a new look and the boys are off to the races from the start reviewing human trafficking and the role of asian interior designers. The attention is brought upon Jamari's shaky mustache and they sum up the year of 2022 for themselves and the show.
The boys talk about some of their goals for 2023. Jamari reveals that he will possibly be graduating with his business degree at the end of this year. The boys go over the implementation of AI in education and the lack thereof by the US Military and the effects on the Automotive industry and the future of Americans living situations. They foreshadow the upcoming year schedule and the exciting plan for increased episodes and guests. Justin opens up about his struggles with his eyebrows and the one tragic time that he had them waxed.
Jamari and Justin coin themselves "Chicken and Rice" a play on their respective ethnicities. Justin has to teach Jamari of what sesame in and its uses and that "no amount of wrongs make a right". Justin accuses Jamari of having holes in his socks and gets Jamari to show his feet off on air. The boys go over the difficulty of parents having sex with children in the home and nearly being caught in the act. Justin exposes Jamari's Family Group Facetime and the obscurity and perplexity and it exposes Jamari's odd choice for his Siri voice.
Justin introduces to the sexual position of "Amazon style" and after an awkward transition recap their Christmas' & the preference in giving gifts rather to receiving them during the holiday season. Justin admits to the technique he used when shopping with his girlfriend in Christian Loubitin to not break his bank, flex, and pull off max romanticism.
The boys closeout by expressing their gratitude for the Still Friends Show and all of it's fans and promising them even higher standards, expectations and goals for 2023!

The Boys Are BACK! After a very busy stretch for the crew and Angel's vacation, J-Smitty and Justin are back in studio and start by recapping Tuff N Nuff 130 / Alta MMA Finale fight night event where Justin competed in his MMA debut. They recap their Thanksgivings (Justin's weight gain) and go over their plans for the upcoming Christmas. Jamari expresses his infatuation in the fact Elon Musk onto his 'upteenth' child while he remains single.

JSmitty & Justin sit and interview MMA expert and UFC employee Sky aka SinclairTheMillionaire of the Scrap and Roll MMA Podcast. She is a talented sound engineer for the UFC and has some of the most unique and insightful points of views and analyst of MMA fights and fighters you won’t get anywhere else. Sky shares her common love with Justin for Hawai’i MMA legend Max Holloway, his all-time great title run, and the Australian brick wall named Alexander Volkanovski that he has fallen to in three of their meetings in the Octagon, none more decisive than their last meeting this past Summer here in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena.
Jamari does some great digging and Sky breaks the news of how she found Justin on social media via his shorts/reels featuring the Alta Warrior MMA program at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas and his first MMA fight at Tuff N Nuff 130 taking place at Circa Las Vegas on November 19th. She also reveals that she was close to signing up for the same program but “chickened” out last minute and Justin pleads her to join the next round of the program.
Sky and the boys wrap up with their predictions for UFC 281 this Saturday and the boys invite Sky back to go over UFC 281’s results and give her breakdown.

Angel sits an episode out as he prepares for his first hysterectomy. No need to fear, JSmitty and Justin sit together and recap the boys first episode back in over a month when they interviewed Connor Bates & Takumiionthebeat (Takumii).
Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva’s boxing match took place during the filing of the podcast and Justin previews the impressive performance for Jake Paul up to that point to the fight. Jamari goes through Twitter and the narrative was Anderson Silva was beating Jake Paul and embarassing him in their boxing match. Justin pushes back and eludes to Jake outboxing and cutting up Anderson Silva. The boys cover and give their positions on the crazy and controversial Kanye West situation.
Jamari opens up about the growth and evolutions he is currently experiencing in all areas of his life. He shares how he has gotten himself out of rut that he has been in for a couple of months to return to a prosperous state and gives an immense amount of credit to independent American rap artist’s book, IT’S ALL IN YOUR HEAD .
Justin reviews where he is at in his fight camp for his first MMA amateur fight coming up on November 19th at the Circa Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The boys hash out on camera the behind the scenes roadblocks, challenges, and difficulties they have had doing the Still Friends Show and distributing on a consistent basis. They wrap up by setting up plans to improve and create a better show.

Oregon State University Alumni Connor Bates & Takumiionthebeat join the show to share their stories, journeys and what they've learned along to becoming emerging independent artists and talents in the respective industries. Connor Bates is a talented, hard working and experienced photographer/film director with loads of wedding, music video, concert and even touring experience. Takumii is also jam packed of talent, displaying his skills as a professional DJ for his alma mater, Oregon State University's Football team whilst being a talented sound engineer, honing in on his own music/distribution, and being a printed/published model.

After a few weeks of conflicting schedules the boys reunite in studio for a hot out of the gate episode! The cast peels back the curtain on some of the pre-show antics normally edited out of the show.
